Enrollment Requirements
We keep our requirements clear and accessible. Here's what you'll need to enroll at Levics Beauty School.
General Requirements (All Programs)
- Must be at least 17 years of age (16 with parental consent in applicable programs)
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Social Security card or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)
- Completed enrollment application and signed enrollment agreement
Program-Specific Prerequisites
- Cosmetology (1550 hrs): No prior experience required; open enrollment
- Barbering (1000 hrs): No prior experience required; open enrollment
- Esthetics (450 hrs): No prior experience required; open enrollment
- Transfer students: Hours earned at a state-approved school may be evaluated for credit

- Original photo ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport)
